* Duration: Most of the available time slots are 1‐hour, however, a limited number of 2‐hour slots are available for larger groups. This is being done to provide more setup/strike time and for music group equity (higher wages for larger groups). CAFNW will determine which groups are eligible for 2‐hour time slots

Terms :
  • Music does not have to be original, however, original music is encouraged.
  • Merchandise may be sold from the stage during performance, but not during other entertainment.
  • CAFNW can sell your merchandise from their booth throughout the duration of the event. Arrange for drop off and pickup.
  • A basic PA with monitors will be provided by Full Circuit Sound, Mr. Eddie Williams at fullcircuitsound@gmail.com

Musical Booking Application / Agreement

  • This agreement is for the personal services of the Entertainer(s) for the performance described below. The undersigned Event Organizer and the undersigned Entertainer(s) agree to the following:

Media Release :

I hereby grant to the Cultural Arts Foundation Northwest (CAFNW) and to its successors, assignees, and licensees any and all right, title and interest in and to my image and photographic pictures of me taken related to this event (collectively referred to herein as “Images”) for any lawful purpose, in any format and in all media (print, video, online and internet), without payment or other consideration to me. CAFNW retains the right to publish the Images for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to publicity, promotional materials, marketing, advertising, public relations, illustration, online and Web content. I understand and agree that the Images may be used with or without my name. I hereby hold harmless, release and forever discharge CAFNW, and each of the officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, agents, representatives, and assignees, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, liabilities and expenses, known or unknown, direct or indirect, relating in any manner to this Release and/or to the Images.

I have read this Release before signing and I fully understand the content, meaning and impact of this Release. If the person photographed is under 18 years old, I certify that I am his or her parent or legal guardian and I give my consent and agreement to this Release.

Hold Harmless/Indemnification:

For and in consideration of my participation in this event, I release, acquit, and forever discharge CAFNW, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, action, or liability, on account of, or in any way growing out of, any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily injuries or death, or damage to property resulting from or by reason of my participation in, or transportation to or from, any activity in any way related to the programs.

Expectaions :

  • Be prepared to enter the stage at least 15 minutes prior to your designated start time at the rear (west side) of the gazebo.

  • Wait until the previous performer has completely cleared the stage (front/east side of gazebo). A Stage Hand (volunteer) will be available to assist in setting up (chairs, stands, etc.)

  • The Sound Engineer (Mr. Eddie Williams) will work with the group in setting up sound. He is equipped to handle just about any sound situation, however, it is advised that you consult with him in advance for any special needs. Your group will be introduced by the MC (CAFNW board). If you have a prepared introduction, please provide (print‐out) in advance.

  • After performing, please move equipment to the rear of the gazebo quickly to allow the next group to setup. Instruments/equipment can be put away (stowed) after clearing the stage area.
