Note: Each event has a $200 booth fee; payment is due upon acceptance into each event. We will notify you as soon as possible. Failure to remit payment may result in loss of reserved booth space.
Media Release :
I hereby grant to the Cultural Arts Foundation Northwest (CAFNW) and to its successors, assignees, and licensees any and all right, title and interest in and to my image and photographic pictures of me taken related to this event (collectively referred to herein as “Images”) for any lawful purpose, in any format and in all media (print, video, online and internet), without payment or other consideration to me. CAFNW retains the right to publish the Images for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to publicity, promotional materials, marketing, advertising, public relations, illustration, online and Web content. I understand and agree that the Images may be used with or without my name. I hereby hold harmless, release and forever discharge CAFNW, and each of the officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, agents, representatives, and assignees, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, liabilities and expenses, known or unknown, direct or indirect, relating in any manner to this Release and/or to the Images.
I have read this Release before signing and I fully understand the content, meaning and impact of this Release. If the person photographed is under 18 years old, I certify that I am his or her parent or legal guardian and I give my consent and agreement to this Release.
Hold Harmless/Indemnification:
For and in consideration of my participation in this event, I release, acquit, and forever discharge CAFNW, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, action, or liability, on account of, or in any way growing out of, any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily injuries or death, or damage to property resulting from or by reason of my participation in, or transportation to or from, any activity in any way related to the programs.

Please note both events have juried entries. The goal of CAFNW is to curate professional and profitable events for our local arts community that draw in repeat visitors year over year. The Poulsbo Makers Faire is designed to highlight local makers, individuals who design and manufacture original products. The Poulsbo Arts Festival is designed to highlight local studio artists who showcase original photography, painting, drawing, sculpture and refined craftsmanship. Note If you are interested in participating in both events the jury may assign accepted applicants to one or both events at their discretion. We highly encourage curated products designed per each event respectively. Vendor space is limited for both events, over the past 2+ years there has been a noticeable increase of interested applicants. The goal of the jury is to place applicants where they will gain exposure to the ideal audience per their respective wares.
