What happens next:

Once enough applications are received, the selection process begins.  The two-hour groups are generally scheduled first followed by the one-hour groups.  Every effort is made to schedule diverse groups and avoid adjacent performances with a similar sound.  Including links to audio/video makes this possible

Timeline:

The goal is to schedule both events early in the year and avoid cancelations and schedule changes. The plan is to complete scheduling by March.  Feel free to email [g.hawkins@cafnw.org] for scheduling status/update information. Once your group has been selected: Groups should follow-up with Full Circuit Sound to ensure their sound needs are met.  The Entertainment Producer will reach out regarding scheduling and production details.
